Roy has over a decade of experience in e-commerce scaling, global brand expansion, and venture acceleration.
Before founding Decommerce, Roy co-founded and grew TBô Clothing, the first community-led menswear brand, recognized by major publications like Forbes, Rolling Stone, and TEDx for its innovative approach to brand communities.
Previously, he led the brands department for a publicly traded consumer goods company, securing a $150M, 15-year licensing deal with Procter & Gamble. Roy holds degrees in Economics from University College London and the London School of Economics, and has studied Digital Marketing at Columbia University.
